In his two-page complaint, Perito was quoted saying that Aguilar “deserves to be castrated to spare the children.”
According to the Revised Penal Code, if convicted, the 60-year-old singer-songwriter behind “Anak” might spend a minimum of six months to a maximum of four years in prison.
Freddie to face charges
Meanwhile, in an interview with DZMM, the music legend vowed to face the complaint against him.
"Kung meron po, bakit hindi ko haharapin? Kung hindi ko haharapin 'yan, parang tinanggap ko na tama 'yung ginagawa nila."
Over the past week, Freddie has been tagged a ‘pedophile’ after confirming that his girlfriend is 44 years younger than he is.
A few days back, the DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) has already gotten involved in the relationship after receiving complaints from several sectors about the May-December affair that suggested child abuse.

Aguilar, for his part, cried foul over the public intervention and vowed that no one—not even the national social work agency—can stop him and his girlfriend from loving each other.
"Hindi ko siya pwedeng pilitin. Hanggang nandito siya at sinasabi niyang mahal niya ako, eh hindi po ako bibitaw sa relasyon namin," he told DZMM on Wednesday, October 23.
